This is a stylish shiraz by Mount Horrocks, classic in character with mouth-filling red and black fruits, rich and juicy. The palate is beautifully elegant, balanced with long fine tannins, spicy fruit and oak.

Made from mature Shiraz vines grown on elevated sites at Kyeema, and Mount Nanima near Murrumbateman. Showing plenty of youthful charm now, this wine by Collector will be at its best at between five to twenty years of age.

It is a rich, long flavoured Shiraz with soft tannins, fragrant spice, pepper and dark berry fruit. It is fantastic with char grilled lamb or a thick sirloin. Put it away for a few years to truly appreciate it's richness.

Vibrant red purple colour. Dark cherry, violets and blueberry fruits with seductive toasty oak. Medium bodied with fleshy blueberry fruits and vanillin oak. A focused tannin core provides balance and structure to the mid palate.

In the glass: Dense red black.On the nose: Black cherry with strong anise hints, black pepper and braised meats.On the palate: Porty-ripe black fruits with hints of jubey sweetness, iodine and liquorice power, velvety tannins and a sweet finish.

The 2016 Nebbiolo is a lovely ripe true to style Hilltops Nebbiolo. These vines are meticulously looked after throughout the growing season. It is interesting to consider when the winemaking begins for such a great wine - Is it when the grapes reach Bryan at the winery or perhaps when "Windows" prunes the vines in Winter, or is it when the vines were planted by Mark, John, and Michael and there families. Or did this wine have its beginning when the soil was taking formation, obviously all the above and much more was involved in the final wine, so please enjoy, respect and linger over all that goes into each bottle as we have.

The 2017 Primitivo is from our original plantings of Primitivo planted in 1996. These vines were taken from cuttings at Cape Mentelle. The vines now resemble a bush vine and with lots of hand thinning and trimming we are able to nurture this difficult variety into this lovely wine.

This is a medium-weight Shiraz of immediate drinkability. A blend of Dark Horse Vineyard and Hilltops fruit, it is full of ripe, red berry fruits and subtle spice. The palate has fine tannins supporting the core of sweet fruit and the result is a wine that will reward cellaring but does not require it. Organic, Biodynamic, Vegan-suitable.

Complex aromas of white pepper, fennel seed and freshly cut red fruits. The alluring sweetness reveals itself fully albeit integrated with the wines, spicy, savoury character and beautiful tight but silky tannins. A single vineyard wine sourced from the Fischer vineyard. Grapes were hand harvested at 13 Baume and processed into 1.5tonne open fermenters with 45% whole-bunches, balance whole berries. Matured in 35% new French barriques (Troncais forrest) balance in seasoned French barriques for 10 months. Bottled in March 2018. Situated in the picturesque Hall Valley, in the Murrumbidgee River corridor, just outside the ACT, the Nick O'Leary estate incorporates a modern winemaking facility and a mature five hectare vineyard. Since their beginnings, well over a decade ago, their focus has always been to make hand worked Shiraz and Riesling wines that truly exhibit the character of the region as well as expressing Nick's unique personality and style.
