Hungerford Hill Classic Hilltops Tempranillo Graciano
Tempranillo and Graciano grown on the red soils of the Hilltops region near Young, NSW; were vinified seperately before blending and matuaration. The savoury and smooth Tempranillo is complimented by the spicey fruit and structure of Graciano, the resultant wine has greater intensity, depth and length.

A beautiful blend of Shiraz and Viognier from the Hilltops region. This wine has lifted perfume and dark berry characteristics.
Sommita Nebbiolo
The 2018 Nebbiolo was handpicked on the 28th March. This is realativly early for this variety. The fruit was the transfered to ther Cloankilla Winery were Bryan Martin natuarlly ferments the berries virtually undamaged for 4 weeks. The ferment begins within the berry and continues very slowly over time. The wine is then transferred into Oak Puncheons where it awaits bottling.
