This wonderfully elegant Shiraz shows intense, pristine, blackberry fruit and ripe, silky tannins. It almost has a Pinot Noir elegance to it and, luckily, the quality of future vintages will only be getting better too as Voyager's new clones come on line.

The Semillon comes from 20 year old vines rooted in the North Block gravels and sees a small amount (13 per cent) of barrel fermentation. This component supplies some texture to complement the wine's crunchy lime, lemongrass, grapefruit and herbal notes.

This wine is largely sourced from a single block of vines planted with Tempranillo, Shiraz and Merlot. With aromas of ripe, fresh summer fruit berries with a hint of lifted violet notes, this is a dry Rosé with balanced acidity. A medium-bodied wine displaying raspberry and strawberry fruit flavours on the palate with a satisfying persistent finish.

A delicious wine to drink with or without food. The nose is loaded with tropical and passion fruits, which follow through onto the palate. Delicious fruit sweetness balanced by focused acidity and freshness makes this a very moreish wine. The grapes for this unwooded style are picked slightly riper than most in order to eliminate green characters and maximize the flavours of the tropical fruit spectrum and to give the wine greater palate weight and length.

Showing the palest pink colour with a clear hue, West Cape Howe Cape To Cape Moscato is an intensely aromatic wine. The bouquet exhibits Muscat characters of rose blossom, along with musk, candied citrus and sweet spice. The palate has a light and refreshing base of sweet citrus notes, with hints of passionfruit and guava. The lingering and zesty finish is balanced by natural sugars and crisp acidity. Enjoyed while young, the wine tastes best when paired with wild strawberries, cheeses and rose macarons.

This exquisite Five Tales Sauvignon Blanc Semillon displays a pale straw colour with a bright green haze. The fragrant bouquet exudes lively aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and herbs, making way for a zesty and textured palate filled with intense citrus and tropical fruit flavours. These vibrant characters are balanced by crisp acidity, which leads this delightful white blend to a dry and refreshing finish. It has the potential to be cellared for 1 to 2 years from vintage. Modern white wine making techniques were used with temperature control critical from the vineyard through to the winery. Each variety was kept separately with the idea to maximise it s potential prior to blending.
