Angullong Orange Barbera
The Angullong vineyards are located on the southern lower slopes of the Orange region at the foothills of Mount Canobolas, an ancient volcano. Angullong’s topography is best described as dramatic. The country ranges from undulating to steep hills with spectacular limestone escarpments that radically descend to the fast flowing Belubula River. Barbera is an Italian variety that has been grown in Australia in small qualities since the 1960s. Angullong ‘Fossil Hill’ Barbera is a succulent, medium bodied, savoury wine with abundant cherry, raspberry and herb flavours, complemented by textural and balanced tannins. The variety is eminently suited to cooler regions and should mature well in the bottle over the next five or six years. Enjoy it with barbecued lamb.
Massolino Barolo
First produced in 1911. The fruit for Massolino's classic Nebbiolo cuvée is selected from seven sites, representing roughly seven hectares of prime-sited Serralunga vineyards. The oldest vines that feed this bottling are 55 years old (the youngest are 10), and it spends 24 months in large Slovenian oak (only).

Castino I Fossili Rosato IGT
The Castino I Fossili Rosato IGT 2023 is a stunning rosé from the Piedmont region of Italy. The wine is a beautiful pale pink color, reminiscent of delicate rose petals. On the nose, aromas of ripe strawberries, fresh raspberries, and fragrant wildflowers fill the air, along with subtle hints of citrus and mineral notes. On the palate, this wine is light and refreshing, with a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. Juicy red berry flavors dance on the tongue, followed by a crisp, clean finish. The 2023 vintage of Castino I Fossili Rosato IGT showcases the best of Piedmont's terroir and the winemaker's expertise. This rosé is perfect for sipping on a warm summer day, and pairs beautifully with light salads, seafood, and soft cheeses. A must-try for any rosé lover.
Albino Rocca Barbera D'Alba
Margan Ceres Hill Hunter Valley Barbera
The first and only Barbera planted in the Hunter. This juicy red has become the biggest seller at Margan's cellar door and the former 2019 vintage took out a Trophy. Rhubarb, cherry and spice on the nose, typical of this Italian varietal. Bright red fruits and savoury spice on the palate, enlivened with a crunchy acidity. Partners with tomato-based dishes and lamb. Medium bodied.
Wynns Shiraz
Wynns Shiraz continues to be one of Australia's affordable favourites. Tucked away in the cellar of many budding wine collectors, Wynns Shiraz has all the structure and pedigree of some of its higher priced brothers and sisters. Rich varietal characters of plum, spice and pepper are woven through the minty regional notes and framed by fine, firm tannins.
