A perfumed and silky style, Yabby Lake Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is sourced from a vineyard that is consistently the first to be harvested on the Mornington Peninsula. The fruit is hand-picked and gently de-stemmed into small open fermenters with a small percentage of whole bunches included in the ferment. Maturation takes place in tight-grained French oak puncheons for 12 months.

Located in the Valley's western edge, Greenock imparts warm, plush fruit characters with a dark chocolate and leather backbone. The Laughing Jack shows all of these qualities in abundance, especially the dark chocolate aspect with real concentration of flavour. A very powerful wine.

Leasingham Classic Clare Shiraz is is sourced from the best Leasingham Clare Valley vineyards and has become a firm favourite of the discerning premium wine collector. The Levantine Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is redolent with blackberry, blackcurrant and cocoa-rich chocolate. The supple, balanced middle palate evokes truffle, bramble and earthy complexity. An outstanding example of the Yarra Valley region, its chewy, satisfying tannins are beautifully-integrated with fleshy fruit characters, hedonic spice and lingering, persistent length.
