Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvee Non Vintage
The classic Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvée is a blend of three grape varieties - 59% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Noir and 4% Pinot Meunier. The wine underwent fermentation in its bottle, and was matured on lees for at least 24 months for giving it the intensity associated with wines by Clover Hill. This led to the creation of a medium bodied drink that is pale straw in colour. The attractive bouquet exudes rich aromas of honey and cashew, coupled with red apple and lime characters. This nose effortlessly shifts to the well balanced palate, containing delightful flavours of apple pie and citrus which combine with fresh natural acidity, to provide a clean finish. This beautiful sparkling white is a great match to caviar, fresh oysters and pan seared scallops.

Morris Sparkling Shiraz Durif Non Vintage
Deep crimson purple colour. Ripe plummy, blackberry and spice aromas which are transformed into a generous mouthfilling palate. The contribution of the Durif is subtle, yet evident, giving the wine added depth. Soft finish. A must for the Christmas Table.
Spring Vale Salute Sparkling
The nose of this elegant wine exhibits fresh dough and lemon zest aromas intermixing with strawberry and vanillin nuances. The palate is full of fresh berry, sorbet and Granny Smith apple flavours. It tastes excellent with Tassie oysters in crispy Tempura batter.
Three Ponds Neptune Sparkling
Aroma/Palate: Made from the classic Hunter white varieties semillon (70%) and chardonnay (30%). The semillon provides great freshness with its citrus acidity, while the chardonnay lends this wine a wonderful balance and fullness on the palate. Serving Suggestion: Superb as an aperitif or cocktail. Also the perfect accompaniment to fine seafood and oysters. Why else would we call it Neptune? Cheers!
Primo Estate Primo Secco Sparkling Non Vintage
Light, fresh and crisp, our tribute to the sparkling wines of the Veneto. The perfect white bubbles for any occasion it also makes wonderful Bellini cocktails. Primo Secco is a blend of grape varieties grown in Primo Estates Virginia and Clarendon vineyards with selected parcels of fruit from other local growers. The individual varieties are vinified separately then blended together to create the base wine. Following secondary fermentation, Primo Secco is bottled early to preserve the pristine fruit flavours and fresh acidity. Fine stone fruit and lemon marry well with the delicate bubbles and crisp acidity; this wine is mouthwatering and moreish. We are delighted to welcome our popular white sparkler back in a delicious newly released bottling.
