From the famed region of Central Otago in New Zealand comes Pepperjack Pinot Noir. The juicy flavours from the nose continue with a mouth filling dark cherry and luscious cassis character matched with supple mouth filling tannin that gives a silken textural structure. The savoury cocoa and resinous spices from the oak and whole bunch fermentation help draw the red and blue fruits across palate melding to a complex and concentrated finish.

Saddleback is the second label to Greg Hay's Peregrine and the Pinot Noir is made using fruit from the Gibbston and Cromwell Basin sub regions of Central Otago. Light, elegant with black cherry and plum fruit, held together by a fine tannin structure and refreshing acidity.

Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Rosé is a delicious combination of the elegant and zesty Chardonnay fruit which brings finesse, and the fragrant rich Pinot Noir which gives soft red berry fruit characters to the wine. The lively bubbles in the wine are a result of natural secondary fermentation, which brings to life the delightful and refreshing character.

Mt Difficulty is one of Central Otago's oldest and most prestigious vineyards. Having tamed the rugged region since 1992, Mt Difficulty produce wines of utmost character and charm. Their Roaring Meg Pinot Noir shows lovely perfumed blackberry and dark cherry fruits along with a hint of spice. On the palate the wine has a sweet berry character along with balanced, ripe textural tannins that rise gracefully out of the mid-palate to finish the wine.

This wine highlights the slightly cooler season with lovely perfumed dark red forest berries and cherry fruits along with a hint of dried herb, adding complexity.
