Mount Majura Riesling shows lime and lemon characters, a delicate and delicious dry Riesling.

Pressing Matters R139 Riesling is a delicious dessert wine showing a pale straw colour. The bouquet of this wine highlights the sweet aromas of Riesling that sweep across the dainty palate as well. Pear Eau de Vie, quince, ginger and citrus chutney flavours stream across the palate before being corralled into the long, clean and delicate finish. The wine is lovely with soft cheeses and fruit-based desserts.

"Scuro" is a blend of Sangiovese and Shiraz from our Dark Horse Vineyard, co-harvested and co-fermented. Scuro (meaning "Dark") is named for both its Italian roots and for the impressive dark colour that took us by surprise during fermentation. Extended maturation in French Oak Hogsheads has resulted in a powerful and generous wine with a deep ruby hue, rich palate and great cellaring potential. How can something that is so light in alcohol have such incredible palate weight and texture? It's an art form and Ernst Loosen is a master. The Kabinett style means a decent lick of residual sugar, but the steely, crunchy acid means you'll hardly notice it. Simply stunning.

Peter Lehmann, icon of the Barossa Valley, has been churning out award winning Rieslings like it's childs play recently. The Wigan Riesling with all its lifted aromatics of citrus and white flowers followed by a complex palate that lingers has again picked up award and award.

The Riesling has taken a little time to develop, but is now showing brilliant lime, citrus and tropical fruit balanced with cutting acidity.

It is a rich, long flavoured Shiraz with soft tannins, fragrant spice, pepper and dark berry fruit. It is fantastic with char grilled lamb or a thick sirloin. Put it away for a few years to truly appreciate it's richness.
