At Cat Amongst The Pigeons, our story begins in the Barossa and is one of vision, courage and the unordinary. When three entrepreneurs found a patch of dirt in the Barossa, and where others said nothing would grow, they followed their intuition and instinct as they new it would grow something special. The Barossa region delivers wines of complexity, layers of flavour, ripe fruit, perfect balance and structure. This 2023 Riesling has citrus aromas followed by lemon and lime flavours with a crisp refreshing palate.

Organically grown, no additives, vegan and moderate in alcohol 'Fuzzy Bare' is the new kid on the block- fizzy, fun and ready to drink! Despite being the newest hottest kid on the block, piquette dates to ancient Greek and Roman times. It enjoyed a renaissance in the 19th century when phylloxera decimated French vineyards, making grapes so scarce every ounce of the precious fruit was used. Made from adding water to bare pressed grape skins and left to ferment, this low-alcohol, refreshing, and slightly fizzy drink Was named ‘piquette’ (prickle) and became the standard for vineyard workers at the lunch table. Aromatics of red berries and blood orange. The palate is loaded with fresh cut strawberries and sherbet that combine with a green apple acid line to make a beautifully refreshing naturally lower in alcohol beverage.

This is followed by Strong upfront flavours of white nectarines, with undertones of spices and balanced acidity.

A juicy and vibrant Australina Pinot Gris with a little French style. This Pinot Gris exhibits generous, elegant fruit, with a floral texture and citrus finish.

An excellent fresh and complex Chardonnay. Mid straw in colour, ripe peach & white melon flavours, well intergrated French oak, complex, long and flavoursome.
