Jim from Mount Pleasant accentuates a Shiraz with a cleanly structured mulberry and redcurrant with soft liquorice notes and a persistent high quality backbone.

Mount Pleasant Elizabeth continues to be an all time favourite of not only Semillon lovers, but affordable dry white lovers across the board. With it's golden hue with a green tinge and baked apple with hints of toastiness on the nose. Citrus flavours of lemon and lime and a buttery texture with good length and crispness on the finish. Pale straw colour its all about the tropical fruit and light herbal aromas. Well rounded on the palate, there are hints of lemon intertwined with the tropical overtones.

A wonderful example of Hunter Shiraz. Ripe berries and spice with a touch of leather on the nose and a beautifully integrated palate showing plenty of juicy fruit flavour in a subtle well balanced style.

This Shiraz showcases why the Hunter does medium weight, savoury fruit reds better than most. Its a style you can enjoy now or even slightly chilled down in the warmer months. On the palate: A terrific core of ripe red fruit with supple tannins, creamy depth and complexity and lovely oak and spice integration. A lively, well made, medium-bodied red savoury and soft throughout.

Clean, bright and fruit driven with strawberries and cream, cranberry, candy floss and subtle hints of nougat and spice. The palate is long and focused with light and soft texture. There is strawberries and cream with spiced red apple leading to a soft long finish.

From a fantastic vintage in the Hunter Valley, the Tyrrell's Wines Shiraz 2014 has been crafted in a distinctive Hunter Burgundy style by red winemaker Mark Richardson.
