Hentley Farm focuses on producing elegant and complex single-estate and single-block wines reflective of their exceptional piece of Barossan terrior. 'The Marl' takes its name from the fruit grown on red clay loam over marl (a friable earthy deposit consisting of clay and limestone) which reduces the water and nutrient availability producing low crops and rich flavours. With a strong aromatic profile, this straight varietal Grenache punches well above it's weight delivering stunning amounts of blackcurrants and raspberry and a hint of spice on the palate with a soft and balanced finish.

Made naturally, bottled scientifically - The Shiraz is medium bodied but plush with a core of ripe berry fruit flavours, plums and smoky spice matched by fine tannins and a precise structure.

Blending is the single most important skill for creating a unique and nuanced wine, and our winemakers have harnessed their superior blending expertise to deliver you Blended Bros, a Shiraz that is true to style. Displaying aromas of lifted dark cherry fruit and red plum, this wine is complex yet silky smooth. Pairs perfectly with barbecued meats.

Bird Haven Merlot has subtle notes of red plum and sweet spice. Delicious and balanced flavours of juicy fruit and fine tannins on the palate. Leaving a medium to long finish.

Great Pinosity on offer here, showing regional character and imbued with complexity found in the Adelaide Hills. Theres vivid strawberry and cherry aromas on the nose enhanced by an earthy intensity and a subtle whole bunch character. Great balance of sweet and savoury fruit on the palate with a complexing length that displays cleansing acidity with soft tannins and a lasting finish. Pair with your favourite mushroom dish.

This new release from Little Giant is an absolute cracker! Sourced from dry grown vineyards across South Australia, this is a classic looking Malbec with a deep crimson colour in the glass. Dark berry aromas are complemented by floral hints and a subtle sweet tobacco influence that is so typical of this varietal. The palate is bursting with juicy black fruits, a touch of oak and a soft easy-going tannin structure making it a perfect match for any kind of barbecued meats. At 14% abv, this stunning Malbec is terrific to drink now, but will cellar extremely well and soften over the next 2 - 6 years.

Restrained red fruit with a background of menthol, leather and tobacco on the nose leads to a big mouthful of cherries, vanilla and plums with good intensity. A nicely balanced wine, drinking very well.
