A Merlot dominant blend of five grape varieties, The Reuben showcases the best of Paracombe and its micro-climate. The palate is generous and finely structured with rich, sweet fruit driven flavours of fresh loganberries and raspberries interspersed with savoury and spicy notes. Jericho Adelaide Hills Tempranillo is an early release, joven (young) style of Tempranillo. A soft extraction process followed by ageing in old french oak for only four months, preserved the soft and aromatic flavours, giving the wine a fresh, juicy and vibrant palate with soft tannins.

Shiraz Cabernet is an Australian classic blend which brings together the dark berry spice notes of Shiraz and the savoury structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. This blend exudes vibrant berry fruit characteristics with mocha and dark chocolate on the palate. It is flavoursome, rich and balanced with integrated oak and a long smooth finish. This is a distinctive Longview wine which has all the attributes that define our Adelaide Hills single vineyard.

Rich and deep in colour this wine has a bountiful bouquet of violets and plums aromas with a palate packed full of flavour. Enjoy rich dark cherries, earthy notes and cinnamon spice.
