Printhie Topography Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet should taste like Cabernet and this is a lovely varietal expression of ripe Cabernet – blackcurrant, redskin, a hint of leafiness and chocolaty oak. Nice balance and structure, supple texture. Hard to resist as a young wine but it does has cellaring potential over the next 5-8 years. Printhie has four vineyard sites that have been created to meet varietal needs ensuring quality fruit production. Each location has been carefully selected to encapsulate the terroir of the Orange cool climate region.

Ross Hill Tom Cabernet Sauvignon

From the treasured home block at Griffin Road, planted in 1996, and selected local growers. Opulent Cabernet from a warm vintage. Ripe, yet elegant fruit flavours are complemented by typical cedar, cassis and spice. Tannins are well balanced with the fine textured palate; a wine which will age gracefully for up to ten years.

Highland Heritage Special Reserve Vintage

A hot dry vintage produced Cabernet grapes that were too ripe and concentrated to make table wine. The wine was fortified on skins to extract maximum colour and flavour. The wines colour is a deep brick red with fresh purple tints. It has a rich fruity Cabernet bouquet with mature grape flavours, complexed with very old fine brandy spirit used in the fortification. A true vintage port style, it is a wine of high viscosity, luscious, rich, and full flavoured, and perfectly balanced by a slightly dry tannin finish. The great length of complex flavours highlight the integration of fruit character and brandy spirit esters and oils.

Logan Weemala Riesling

The fruit for this Riesling was grown on a vineyard in the Orange region, which is situated 1000m above sea level. In the glass: Pale lemon straw.On the nose: Pure lime lift with a touch of honeysuckle. On the palate: Intense and pure with a zesty core of lemon and lime, a quinine-like mouth-feel and long crisp acidity on to the almost chalky finish. Retrained yet powerful.

Wild Oats Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

The Oatley family and Bob Oatley himself have had a long and distinguished career in the wine industry, having started back in the 1960s planting vines in the Hunter Valley. Today, the Wild Oats range of wines takes the traditional pursuit of winemaking and aligns it with the pusuit of innovation and excellence to create wines like this Wild Oats Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Made in the traditional Classic Dry White mould, this Western Australian SBS is brimming with fresh and crisp fruit and typical grassy notes.

Mystery Orange Chardonnay Deal No. 85

This Chardonnay has a fresh and lively taste, with clear notes of white peach, granny smith apple, and a touch of crushed citrus. It's lightly oaked, adding a hint of vanilla without overpowering the fruit.

Fresh, lively and juicy with lovely pear aromas. Full of succulent pear and ripe apple with a hint of spice on the palate. A clean and dry finish.

Printhie Wines Non-Vintage Sparkling Brut

Soft lemon with hints of green apple, lemon, guava and grapefruit aromas. Palate shows a fresh mix of apple and citrus providing good depth of flavour and a biscuity finish. Citrussy and crisp with a zesty finish.
