The pride of Michelini stable, this Merlot was sourced from the mature Buckland vineyard. On the nose it offers violet fruit characters supported by vanilla oak and a solid mid palate weight and flavour with soft fruit tannins and firm oak finish.

Young guns in the Margaret River scene, Amelia Park actually source their fruit for the Shiraz from Frankland River in the Great Southern wine region. This allows them to produce a Shiraz that has all the fruit hallmarks of Shiraz with a fine structure made famous by region. Produced from a mature low yielding vineyard in the heart of McLaren Vale, Gemtree Uncut Shiraz is a superb expression of the region. Generous dark fruits abounds on the palate with fine tannins and balanced acidity, which leads to a lengthy finish.

Our dolcetto shiraz is a racy wine with sweet fruit, bright and lively with long acid finish, and light but firm tannins. This will give your salami and cheese platter, a fine run for its money.

This is not your average rosé. Handpicked from painstakingly managed 20-year-old Shiraz vines, the fruit was crushed and sent directly to tank to preserve the character of the wine. Fleeting contact with skins rewards with gorgeous colour and crunch. A cooler ferment keeps it bright, before ageing in old French oak for an element of savouriness.

This family owned vineyard and orchard lies on the edge of Yackandandah Valley in North East Victoria. The shiraz grapes have been sourced from both Rutherglen and Allan's Flat, so combining the flavour of both growing regions. The fruit leaves a peppery aftertaste on the palate.
