Penley Estate Helios Cabernet is the flagship release from a renowned Coonawarra vineyard, representing the “best of the best” fruit crafted under the guidance of Kate Goodman, one of Australia’s most respected winemakers. The wine is made with wild yeast, open fermentation, and extended maceration, then matured for 18 months in French oak (with a significant portion of new barrels). This results in a wine with deep concentration, power and elegance.
