The vibrant piquancy of Tasmanian Native Pepperberry complemented with the sweet cooling infusion of fresh cucumber. A strong juniper core sits along side woody huon pine, fragrant Tasmanian white Kunzia and delicate jasmine.

Our bespoke gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown and internationally sourced botanicals. Layered notes of green cardamom, fresh lime and lemon, juniper (organic), coriander, a hint of white peppercorn and three cuts of rose makes our gin ideal for creating your favourite cocktail or sipping slowly over ice.

Spring Bay's first calling is single malt whisky, so it's no surprise that their vodka is barley-based, with a portion of wheat included. The mix creates a very pure, creamy style with semi-sweet marshmallow aromas and a medium dry palate that finishes with cleansing citrus and a pepper twang. Light cocoa lingers in the aftertaste.
