Château Tanunda Chorus GSM has lifted aromas of blackberry, black cherry and raspberry area accompanied by spicy, dark berry fruits and white pepper on the palate. The finish is long with fine-grained tannins from two years' maturation in a combination of new and seasoned American and French oak barrels. Although drinking well now the wine will benefit from medium-term cellaring.

The Barossa Valley is renowned for its quality wines, and Cat Amongst The Pigeons Grenache Shiraz Mataró is no exception. A flavour explosion of red fruits, spice, plum and subtle earthiness provide an aromatic nose and balanced palate.

Steve Maglieri's Serafino label provides a rich and delicious GSM blend a nose of rose petal and tobacco. The palate flows on with dense coffee and cedar notes that glide across the tongue.

Grenache has long been a stalwart of the South Australian wine scene and Penfolds have been blending Grenache with Shiraz since the 1950's. Recent years has seen a growing trend for the luscious perfumed styles like those emanating out of the northern Rhône and the Bin 138 produces a brilliant example. Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Carignan grapes, harvested in the cool of the night to retain maximum freshness and aroma. Gently pressed to create the delicate pink colour and maintain fruit purity. Deep pink in colour with purple hues, the nose reveals intense aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries with notes of garrigue. The mouth is delicious and fresh. It reveals a pleasant length and well-structured freshness. "Prestige" in every way!

40% Shiraz, 32% Mourvedre and 28% Grenache make up this lovely rich Barossa blend. Ruby in colour, with a wonderful nose of plum, raspberry and caramel with a supple and silky palate. Delicious wine with a lingering finish. A real winner!
