Shiraz and Grenache blend beautifully in many of the warmer parts of South Australia. This AAA is Paxton's 9th release, crafted similar to a Rhone-style wine yet it is packed with Au's Terroir. A copybook Provence rosé, from an historic site where wine was first produced by the Romans. The blend consists of grenache, syrah and cinsault. The grapes are harvested and handled as gently as possible. It's appearance is beautifully glossy with a pale peach robe and apricot accents. An elegant, floral and fruity bouquet prepares you for the ample, fruity and round flavours. An ideal wine to enjoy with a light salad or prosciutto and melon.

Grenache has long been a stalwart of the South Australian wine scene and Penfolds have been blending Grenache with Shiraz since the 1950's. Recent years has seen a growing trend for the luscious perfumed styles like those emanating out of the northern Rhône and the Bin 138 produces a brilliant example. Brimming with rose petal and cranberry aromas. The palate explodes with the flavours of fresh juicy raspberries and redcurrants finishing with a lingering pomegranate feel. Chapel Hill have opted for a drier style, as this in combination with the textural mouth feel showcases the intricacies of Sangiovese and also allows for the wine to be enjoyed with food.

Les Trois Clefs Côtes du Rhône comprises a fulfilling experience of true Rhone Valley wine. With its medium deep colour, musky red berry licorice aromas, juicy flavours, looseknit chalky tannins and mineral length, it is ready to drink now.

Torresella Rosé is made from Pinot Grigio which has been grown in Northeastern Italy for over a century. Fresh delicate aromas on the nose, followed by mellow fruit and well balanced acidity on the palate. The perfect accompaniment for fish and seafood.
