Château Tanunda Chorus GSM has lifted aromas of blackberry, black cherry and raspberry area accompanied by spicy, dark berry fruits and white pepper on the palate. The finish is long with fine-grained tannins from two years' maturation in a combination of new and seasoned American and French oak barrels. Although drinking well now the wine will benefit from medium-term cellaring.

Brimming with rose petal and cranberry aromas. The palate explodes with the flavours of fresh juicy raspberries and redcurrants finishing with a lingering pomegranate feel. Chapel Hill have opted for a drier style, as this in combination with the textural mouth feel showcases the intricacies of Sangiovese and also allows for the wine to be enjoyed with food.

Grenache has long been a stalwart of the South Australian wine scene and Penfolds have been blending Grenache with Shiraz since the 1950's. Recent years has seen a growing trend for the luscious perfumed styles like those emanating out of the northern Rhône and the Bin 138 produces a brilliant example. A fresh and delicate Rosé by Jacob's Creek showcasing a modern Australian approach and premium fruit from selected blocks of Pinot Noir, Grenache and Mataro. Taste of vibrant varietal flavours and a lovely textural, chalky acidity lead to a soft, generous yet restrained finish.

Clean, bright and fruit driven with strawberries and cream, cranberry, candy floss and subtle hints of nougat and spice. The palate is long and focused with light and soft texture. There is strawberries and cream with spiced red apple leading to a soft long finish.

Innocent Bystander Moscato is taking the country by storm! Now available in full-size, 750mL bottles, this vibrant and exciting wine is lighter in alcohol with green apple and fairy floss characters that leap out of the glass. This is sweet, fun and unashamedly easy drinking. Naturally effervescent and cold fermented it is made from old vine Gordo and Black Muscat.

Turkey Flat Rosé is a blend of four varieties in which each adds it's own particular character. Dominated by Grenache, this revolutionary Rosé has cherry, strawberry and herbal notes with fresh acidity and just the right amount of fresh fruit sweetness to carry it off. Perfect on it's own or matched with a plate of freshly barbecued prawns.

Shiraz and Grenache blend beautifully in many of the warmer parts of South Australia. This AAA is Paxton's 9th release, crafted similar to a Rhone-style wine yet it is packed with Au's Terroir. Bright with juicy red berry fruits and spices on the palate with well integrated oak and tannins, giving this wine a remarkable lengthy finish.
