As our objective is to obtain the best quality grapes and wines, we have created relationships with the local grape growers, committed beside Caves desclans, whose vineyards are treated with the same high standards of quality as are the vineyards of Château desclans.

Dominique Portet Fontaine Rosé is a lovely dry wine from the Yarra Valley. Full of juicy succulent and savoury flavour the palate is fresh vibrant and delicious. Serve well chilled for a great warm weather style.

One of our best Rosé imports yet. Beautifully delicate wine with structure and poise that is stunningly easy to drink. Nose of red berries and a hint of smoke. Fruit sweetness on the palate and a long lingering finish.

Clean, bright and fruit driven with strawberries and cream, cranberry, candy floss and subtle hints of nougat and spice. The palate is long and focused with light and soft texture. There is strawberries and cream with spiced red apple leading to a soft long finish.

Aromas of plum and dark berry fruits with hints of spice, mataro earthiness, licorice and dark chocolate. Flavours of spice and bright red fruits, some savoury earthiness, plum and rich black fruit with oak complexity.

With notes of red fruit and floral notes balancing nicely on the palate, this Pierre Brévin Rosé shows classic Cabernet Franc varietal characteristics with just a slight herbal touch. Torresella Rosé is made from Pinot Grigio which has been grown in Northeastern Italy for over a century. Fresh delicate aromas on the nose, followed by mellow fruit and well balanced acidity on the palate. The perfect accompaniment for fish and seafood.

Innocent Bystander Moscato is taking the country by storm! Now available in full-size, 750mL bottles, this vibrant and exciting wine is lighter in alcohol with green apple and fairy floss characters that leap out of the glass. This is sweet, fun and unashamedly easy drinking. Naturally effervescent and cold fermented it is made from old vine Gordo and Black Muscat.
