The grapes are harvested and handled as gently as possible. It's appearance is beautifully glossy with a pale peach robe and apricot accents. An elegant, floral and fruity bouquet prepares you for the ample, fruity and round flavours. An ideal wine to enjoy with a light salad or prosciutto and melon.

The one hundred year flood rose field blend was made from varieties salvaged from the high part of the vineyard (the island) during the 2017 flood. Lifted aromatic pomegrantate and rose petal notes enhance a palate of wild cherry and rhubard. A hint of residual sugar adds generosity to the mouthfeel

As our objective is to obtain the best quality grapes and wines, we have created relationships with the local grape growers, committed beside Caves desclans, whose vineyards are treated with the same high standards of quality as are the vineyards of Château desclans.

Château Bellini Côteaux Varois en Provence Rosé Formerly known as Château Mira Luna, The 100ha property (including its 7ha vineyard) was part of the much larger Miraval estate and was retained by its American owner, Tom Bove when he sold to Brad Pitt in 2008. The sites elevation, limestone soils and undulating landscape make its vineyard one of the best in the superior Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation. Since 1993 Bove has renovated and replanted, adopted organic practices and kept yields low all in the name of improving quality. A blend of Syrah and Cinsault, Château Bellini is a dry rosé wine of substance, with more texture and richness than the norm with plenty og purity and freshness.
