40% Shiraz, 32% Mourvedre and 28% Grenache make up this lovely rich Barossa blend. Ruby in colour, with a wonderful nose of plum, raspberry and caramel with a supple and silky palate. Delicious wine with a lingering finish. A real winner!

Clean, bright and fruit driven with strawberries and cream, cranberry, candy floss and subtle hints of nougat and spice. The palate is long and focused with light and soft texture. There is strawberries and cream with spiced red apple leading to a soft long finish.

All three varieties were sourced from a single vineyard in an area of the Ferguson Valley that is perfect for growing these varieties and which produces fruit rich in flavour with tannins that are fleshy and ripe. The wine displays delicious characteristics of red fruit, cherry and plum with an underlying hint of blueberry and spice. The wine is medium-bodied, with pronounced varietal fruit flavours and a long finish.

Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Carignan grapes, harvested in the cool of the night to retain maximum freshness and aroma. Gently pressed to create the delicate pink colour and maintain fruit purity. Deep pink in colour with purple hues, the nose reveals intense aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries with notes of garrigue. The mouth is delicious and fresh.
