Michel Chapoutier has been able to do it again! A savoury masterpiece from the southern Rhône appellation of Luberon. A spicy blend of Grenache and Syrah that displays intense varietal characters of nutmeg and black pepper. The palate, while medium-bodied, is quite forceful with robust flavours of blueberry and blackberry fruits. Great use of older oak has also assisted this Luberon be a brilliant follow on from the every popular Chapoutier Côteaux-du-Tricastin.

This wine will seduce you with its lightness and its thirst-quenching power. From our terroirs at the bottom of the valley, mixing mica schist, silica and silt. A light wine of pleasure and conviviality. It will accompany your long summer evenings or quite simply quench your little desires for the sun.

Brimming with rose petal and cranberry aromas. The palate explodes with the flavours of fresh juicy raspberries and redcurrants finishing with a lingering pomegranate feel. Chapel Hill have opted for a drier style, as this in combination with the textural mouth feel showcases the intricacies of Sangiovese and also allows for the wine to be enjoyed with food.

Côtes des Roses Rosé displays a warm blush colour. It has aromas of summer fruits, cassis and floral notes on the nose. The palate is full and fresh with great balance of fruits and acidity. A great summer drink to enjoy over a Sunday picnic or brunch.

Port Phillip Estate Salasso Rosé is another example of it not mattering what what Sandro Mosele turns his hand to, it is always meticulous and carefully made producing a wine of brilliance.
