John Duval was the Chief Winemaker at Penfolds from 1986 - 2002, entrusted to make some of Australia's most iconic wines. This traditional old vine blend is a superb expression of the Barossa. Savoury, spice and subtle oak sweetness on the nose lead to smooth, seamless palate laden with plum jam and liquorice fruit.

A crunchy, flawlessly balanced rosé, laden with preserved citrus rind, redcurrant, and rose petal perfume and flavours. There's a pulpy, generous texture with racy, peppery, herby freshness from whoa to go. It finishes dry and super refreshing.

The bouquet is of savoury dried herbs formed around a core of red cherry fruit with a hint of honey, quite lifted with some earthy notes which move in and out of the bouquet. The palate is perfectly balanced, it speaks of red cherry and anise - ripe and textural with just a hint of tannin, leaving you with a satisfying sensation of refreshing summer fruit infused with spices and herbs. A wine to be enjoyed year round, not just in summer.

Alain Pascal is the man mountain behind the Domaine du Gros'Noré - a man big is stature, and big in character. These traits are refelcted in his terroir specific wines of the Bandol sub-region in Provence; muscular and complex, yet soft, supple and thoroughly engaging. The Rosé is crisp and dry with that trademark texture and length of palate the domaine is famous for.

This is a wine of great generosity and depth. The nose exhibits an abundance of purple fruits, mulberries and plums - with a mix of baking spices including nutmeg, cinnamon and star anise. The palate is fleshy and juicy with an almost velvet like texture. The Grenache adds fruit character and balanced acidity, the Shiraz fills out the wine and delivers early structure while the Mourvedre provides red fruits and dried herb notes and provides a core of fine tannins.

Clean, bright and fruit driven with strawberries and cream, cranberry, candy floss and subtle hints of nougat and spice. The palate is long and focused with light and soft texture. There is strawberries and cream with spiced red apple leading to a soft long finish.

Fresh and deliciously dry, the Teusner Salsa Rosé is a blend of Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz sourced from top sites across the Barossa Valley. The wine is matured in seasoned oak barrels providing additional structure and complexity to the blend.
