The Tate family are one of the most famous wine names in Western Australia, especially in Margaret River. Elephant in the Room Chardonnay is medium, deep straw yellow in colour with a highly expressive nose of ripe peach and melon aromas, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst peach, guava and melon flavours with a rich and soft texture building to a mouthcoating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

Chardonnay sourced from Victorias cool climate King Valley goes into Nugan's Estate Chardonnay. Pale straw in appearance, with a youthful green hue. Aromas of peach, nectarine, poached peach and mixed spice, a rich mout filling palate of stone fruit, biscuit and yeast notes with a crisp acidity make this a good drink.

De Bortoli Colombard Chardonnay blend has beautifully match the high acidity, fuller bodied Colomblard with the aromatic Chardonnay we all knew so well. Packed with zesty citrus, tropical fruits on the nose. A refreshingly dry whte great with richer seafood dishes.
