2014 has been touted by many as the best vintage since 1965 and our flagship Shiraz, the Fenestella’ Shiraz, showcases this extraordinary vintage. A classic Hunter Valley Shiraz, this wine has a rich and complex palate of red and black fruits derived from maturation in French oak puncheons. Medium bodied yet intense, this Shiraz was approachable on release and will continue to reward with extended cellaring.

Schioppettino is a fairly obscure variety even back in its homeland, but there has been a resurgence of planting in the last 30+ years turning it around to be almost cult like. The nose shows bright juicy blackberry, raspberry and blood plum, savoury earth showing its Heathcote roots, slightly smoky with vanilla and liquorice spice. While smelling rich and intense, it's medium bodied with fine sandy tannins and a crunchy finish.

The beer is brewed and bottled in Guatemala to deliver thirst crushing refreshment and an impossibly smooth finish, just perfect for hot days and endless summer nights. It was whole bunch pressed to new and one-year-old French oak, and the balance with the fruit is absolutely spot on. Aromas of melon, lemon rind, and light smoky cashew. The palate has a lively energy with an intense minerally fruit character supported with fine chalky acidity and some superfine oak.

With Aromas of fresh mint, thyme and vibrant raspberry. On the palate the wine's full of juicy blueberries, dark cassis and clove spice.

This rich and fruit-driven parcel of hand-selected Cabernet fruit exhibits a deep ruby red colour alongside aromas of ripe-dark fruits. The palate presents flavours of mulberry, blackcurrant, and juicy plum complemented by hints of pepper spice. Lindeman's Bin 65 Chardonnay is full bodied and soft with bright varietal flavours of pineapple and fig. The palate is creamy and smooth with light touches of spice. A subtle note of oak completes the offering.

Lindeman's, a well know household name for good quality wine. Their Bin 95 Sauvignon Blanc was an elegantly made classic with gooseberry and ripe kiwifruit on the nose; medium bodied with similar characteristic on the palate. Short to medium length with a clean finish.
