With this wine, we considered it mission accomplished! Vanilla, nougat and exotic spices on the nose, followed by a palate bursting with lychee, truffle and cinnamon flavours, this is a complex, elegant wine. A lovely aperitif style, with lifted honeysuckle and citrus from the Chardonnay and delicate strawberry Pinot characters. Tirage age of this Jansz Premium Cuvée adds nutty complexity and creamy texture.

This wine has a well-balanced palate dominated by fresh crunchy apple, a touch of citrus and just a hint of yeasty complexity. Elements of peach and citrus with sourdough yeast, cashew and natural yoghurt. The creamy palate is elegantly structured, with great tension in the balance of dosage, acidity and tannin.
