Sourced from selected vineyard sites across Tasmania, this Jansz Tasmania Special Release Rosé 2016 is crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This Rosé is crafted from hand-picked grapes that are gently whole bunch pressed before cool fermentation.This pretty pink wine showcases the fresh house style of Jansz Tasmania, whilst showcasing the beguiling aromatics inherent to Tasmanian sparkling Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is the hero variety with delicious flavours of strawberries and cream, rose petals and musk being predominant. The palate is creamy and textured, whilst retaining an elegant vibrancy and freshness.

This Multi Vintage Exceptionnelle exhibits a light straw/green hue in the glass, with a fine persistent mousse. On the nose it delivers vibrant citrus and stone fruits which are complemented by layers of creamy complexity. The palate offers a crisp acidity and a concentration of rich and balanced lemon curd and lime which draw the wine through to a delicious and extended finish.

Crafted by chief winemaker Ed Carr, House of Arras Grand Vintage 2nd Disgorgement 2009 showcases the exceptional longevity of Tasmanian sparkling wine. Sourced from cool climate Tasmanian vineyards, this blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir underwent primary fermentation with partial French oak maturation. This second disgorgement spent over a decade ageing on lees prior to disgorgement. Northern Tasmania is widely known for the quality of sparkling wine produced in the cool climate region, with the first 1995 vintage of Pirie doing much to establish this reputation. Now a new chapter is born with Pirie NV Sparkling - A full flavoured cuvýe from a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir, boasting complexity and freshness. A vibrant lemony acidity with a full and rich mid-palate leads to slaty, mineral finish.

The Taltarni Blanc de Blancs is a brilliant addition to the already impressive Taltarni sparkling range; giving an added level of prestige and refinement. Using fruit sourced from the best parcels of cool-climate Victorian Chardonnay and following the traditional method, the 100% Chardonnay sparkling is classic in nature with notes of subtle peach and lemon. The finish is textural and engaging, yet with bold natural acidity.

A great example of Tasmanian Pinot Noir, there is an exciting nose bursting with cherries. The palate is medium bodied and elegant, just as it should be.
