The inspiration from the Barossas best old vine Grenache vineyards created Annexus, an addition to our Plexus blend. Annexus is a small unique blend selected from our best old low yielding Grenache vineyards, made only in the best years. Winemaking: Fermentation in small open top fermenters incorporating 20% whole bunches. Oak Maturation: 100% barrel maturated for 12 months, in older French oak hogsheads (300-litre barrels). Colour: Vibrant purple-red. Nose: Perfumed fruit aromatics complexed with savoury spice and charcuterie notes. Palate: Generous and rich and structured with texture and impressive flavour intensity. An array of red fruits, plum and raspberry fill the palate.

The Penfolds Bin 150 Marananga Shiraz is a relatively new addition to the Penfolds stable, sourced from the Barossan sub-district, Marananga. Simply a revelation, this wine is an inky, black beast in the glass with lashings of dark chocolate and coffee accented fruit, yet this years offering shows a lingering, soft structured finish that will see the wine cellar very nicely.

Originally an Apricot Orchard and re planted with Shiraz vines in 1974. Hence the name Apricot Block. Totally opaque black crimson colour. Superb pronounced nose , with flavours of plum., spice and black pepper. The palate is mouth filling flavours of plum, blackberry. pepper and dark chocolate. Fine grained tannins perfectly balanced. Very long aftertaste. of black pepper , plum and blackberry.

Producing only genuinely Estate wines, Greenock Creek is the lifelong labour of Michael & Annabelle Waugh. These wines are typically full of intense Barossan power, often paired with the heat to boot. The Christopher This wine is a selection of the two finest barrels of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon in the winery for each vintage. It is dedicated to a young aspiring winemaker who had the potential to become one of the Barossas best. A blend of the two varieties that the region is most famous for and the two that Chris enjoyed working with the most. The wine is full bodied with a long seamless structure and balanced tannins. The rich dark fruit flavours of ripe Plum and Blackcurrants coat the palate. Bin 138 draws its inspiration from the wines of Southern Rhône, where shiraz, grenache and mataro (mourvèdre) are blended in varying proportions to create full-bodied wines possessing rich and heady perfume. Each year fruit for Bin 138 is sourced from old Barossa Valley vines (some more than 100 years old).Bright red garnet in colour, with raspberry-leaf and pastille fruits on fruits on the nose supported by discrete hints of boot polish and stewed meats. The palate is juicy, dense, and more-ish - ironstone, fresh red and dark berries, permeated by super-fine tannins.Peak drinking: Now-2035
