More refreshing than a face full of Freo Doctor, this Gage Roads Single Fin beer is brewed with sun drenched summer days in mind: light-bodied and chock full of aromatic Galaxy and Enigma hops.

A hybrid of Australian and American style Pale Ales, which are both renowned for their floral and fruity hop characteristics. The Pale Ale has a clean taste, coming from the strain of yeast used, with flavours leaning somewhat towards the hop flavour over the malts. Medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation and a smooth refreshing dry finish makes this a desirable and pleasant drinking beer.

An Easy drinking classic Australian Pale Lager. Made from 100% Australian pale malt the Coastie Pale Lager is an unfiltered crisp and refreshing beer. Coastie is light on body to allow the Australian hops and malt to shine through. The Lager is late hopped to add an extra aromatic character to what is a clean, simple style.

This English Brown ale, is a style made with chocolate & dark crystal malted barley used in its brewing. This results in luscious toffee & chocolate nut aromas with a soft lingering mouth feel.

Straw in colour, this beer has a bready malt flavour, lifted passionfruit hop aromatics with a fresh and lively finish but with minimal bitterness.

The Hix Pale Ale is an American style pale ale, rich malt complexity is balanced using a blend of New World hops which lend aromas of stone fruits, citrus and lychee. Golden orange in colour with a soft sweetness earns this beer a cult following.

This is our take on the American Red Ale style. This little brew has been hopped with Tasmanian Ella Hops giving her a subtle yet moreish apricot & pine nose. A complex grain bill of 7 different malts have created a biscuity, earthy ale with an apricot/passionfruit hopped taste, with a nice undertone of bitterness. It's easy to fall for and impossible to have only one. Note; We originally used fresh hops from 2017's harvest in this brew. Picked less than 24hrs before we brewed with them, these little green buds of bitterness brought a fresh bite to the ale that had to be tasted to believed. It's fair to say we loved it so much we just had to keep making it, and it turns out, she is now one of our most popular brews.
