Beyond Wonderland Organic Shiraz
This Victorian shiraz shows aromas of lifted florals and all spice. On the palate flavours of fresh vibrant berry and black forest all wrapped in traditional luscious tannins. A beautiful fresh organic expression with hall mark power and depth. Pairs beautifully with classic veal dishes and light game meats, such as duck or quail. At Beyond Wonderland we grow and make better wine by adhering to organic farming principles. For us it is about the return to the early years of farming organically in Nature. Simply put, this means we farm our vineyards without synthetic chemicals, sprays, fertilisers, herbicides, pesticides, or any other products that are not naturally occurring. Our wine making philosophy mirrors our vineyard, which is based around the minimal intervention ethos which really lets the fruit shine. This allows the wine to possess a unique organic fingerprint.

Produced from Garnacha (Grenache) and Carinena varieties, this Spanish red offers lively aromas of spice and berries. The palate is rich and textured with fine velvety tannins. Superb with roast meats.
Shadowfax Minnow Rose
Very pale salmon, some light red hues. Red fruits, raspberry, cranberry, a touch of liquorice, some light spice and earth. Pinot Noir is apparent on the front palate, with berries, fluffy talc and crystalline texture. The Grenache brings weight through the middle, a riot of red fruits and tarry spice. Mourvèdre fills the rear, with lovely fine extract framing the palate and adding length. A harmonious and very fine Minnow Rosé by Shadowfax: complex, dry and delicious.
