An irresistible itense and characteristic scent along with the intense aromas that come to the nose unfold in a fresh sip rich in citrus aromas of orange and bergamot, to then unfold in the fresh hints of aromatic and balsamic herbs.

Clear and bright amber. Intense and characteristic scent of orange zest. Sweet, gentle tatse with dominant aromatic citrus notes. Long and fragrant feeling, with hints of honey, wood and vanilla.

Albrecht von Haller founded the Old Botanical Garden of Göttingen University in 1736 from where the botanicals used for this gin have been sourced. Halleria Lucidia, German ginger and lemon verbena are handpicked and shipped to The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, Ireland where the gin is created.

The nose of this flavoured gin is dominated by complex fruity and floral aromas. The taste is very smooth with distinctive flavours of juniper berries in the foreground surrounded by spicy flavours of liquorice, caraway and fennel.
