What’s your whim? Say it with Gin. Our Violet Gin is the mood ring of beverages. Transform the broody blues of Butterfly Pea flower to ultraviolet with tonic. A bouquet of heady Australian native botanicals including lemon myrtle, finger lime and pepper berry abounds. On the palate, layers of intriguing flavour unfold, from familiar juniper to juicy finger lime, mellow wattle seed and lingering zest and peppery spice.

This stunning looking Gin bottle is backed up by a host of international awards including Double Gold medals at the recent San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2017. The 23rd Street distiller individually infuses ten botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander, complemented by zesty local citrus. Careful blending is key, creating a layered palate and full-bodied mouthfeel.

Our signature gin is craftfully made using 16 different ingredients which combined in our secret balance of flavours produces a delightfully tasting botanical gin. The Botanicals used include; Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Star Anise, Almonds, Cloves, Cardamom, Dill Tips, Ginger, Grains of Paradise, Black Pepper, Orris Root, Cinnamon, Angelica Root, Fresh Lime, Fresh Lemon and Fresh Orange.

Packed full of Juniper, the inclusion of the Australian botanicals and the underlying character from the Shiraz wine spirit produce an intense Gin with Citrus, earthiness, Shiraz sweetness, and a hint of saltiness to produce an intense but well-rounded Gin lovers Gin. At Tempus Two we do things differently. We don’t follow tradition. We go beyond it. Unshackled from winemaking traditions, our Copper series makes any occasion a celebration, so we decided to make a gin with flavours that help create memorable moments. Beyond the traditional juniper berry and coriander, our Wild Botanical Gin is distilled with native Australian botanicals including desert lime, orange peel, salt bush and wattle seed. Born from the belief well-crafted things have no fear of time, this gin is made with equal parts expertise and attitude. It takes a lot of effort to realise, but both values are worth waiting for.

Vickers is a beautifully flavoured Gin subtle hints of delicious juniper berries. Dry but refreshing this Gin, unlike others is enjoyed most in a tall glass rather than short and is best accompanied with a traditional twist of lemon and tonic water.

Aqua Vitae: Raspberry Gin is our latest gin; a sweet yet refreshing mixture created with Tasmanian-grown raspberries. These ingredients combine to create a harmonious taste that is rich on the palate, bringing a sweet and sensuous experience with each sip. With its rich red colour, and sweet raspberry finish, this gin can be enjoyed by itself on ice, or with a splash of sparkling water.

Slip into a glass of Skinny Jeans Gin and take the weight off. All naturally coloured and flavoured, this blue gin is a floral infusion with nine carefully hand selected botanicals. Our aim was to create a gin whose personality stands out in a crowd. Best served with sparkling water, Soda or Light tonic.

Capricorn Summer Gin is as real as it gets – hand–crafted in Queensland using our small–batch copper still. We don’t add any sugar or artificial flavours – Only a blend of 19 botanicals with fresh native Australian finger lime, ruby grapefruit, and lemon myrtle. A vibrant and refreshing gin - perfect to drink with tonic, soda or in a cocktail.
