Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.

Our signature gin is craftfully made using 16 different ingredients which combined in our secret balance of flavours produces a delightfully tasting botanical gin. The Botanicals used include; Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Star Anise, Almonds, Cloves, Cardamom, Dill Tips, Ginger, Grains of Paradise, Black Pepper, Orris Root, Cinnamon, Angelica Root, Fresh Lime, Fresh Lemon and Fresh Orange.

Packed full of Juniper, the inclusion of the Australian botanicals and the underlying character from the Shiraz wine spirit produce an intense Gin with Citrus, earthiness, Shiraz sweetness, and a hint of saltiness to produce an intense but well-rounded Gin lovers Gin. At Tempus Two we do things differently. We don’t follow tradition. We go beyond it. Unshackled from winemaking traditions, our Copper series makes any occasion a celebration, so we decided to make a gin with flavours that help create memorable moments. Beyond the traditional juniper berry and coriander, our Wild Botanical Gin is distilled with native Australian botanicals including desert lime, orange peel, salt bush and wattle seed. The 23rd Street distiller individually infuses ten botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander, complemented by zesty local citrus. Careful blending is key, creating a layered palate and full-bodied mouthfeel.

Infused with ten botanicals including elderflower,grapefruit, wild apple and of course strawberry.
