Created our farm in the small village of Allworth NSW, this boutique batch of hand-crafted gin is our homage to the tradition of gin making and the native flavours of Australia. Thirteen botanicals including native sage, myrtles, pepperberry and our signature native sugar bag honey bestow their magic upon this gin. The rare sugar bag honey is produced in small quantities by Australian native stingless bees. This inscribes a unique citrus sweetness that when distilled using a traditional copper pot still delivers a softness and depth to the gin. The result is a beautifully rich gin, at home in a traditional cocktail yet with the complexity and softness to be sipped neat over ice.

Our old tom style of gin is single shot distilled by hand using a traditional copper pot still. with a selection of queenslands finest botanicals weve created an old tom gin that marries the spice and earthen notes of juniper with sweetness from frankincence and myrrh, and refreshing hits of citrus from native finger limes.

Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Perfectly enjoyed in a classic Gin and Tonic.

We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Enjoy straight up, with tonic, with soda, or in a cocktail.
