Sundays Distilling Melbourne Dry Gin

Proudly Melbourne made, this mix of fresh and bright botanicals has produced a damn tasty gin we love – and we know you will too. If you enjoy easy-drinking and vibrant gin that’s packed full of flavour, then this is the one for you. Gather your friends and make today a Sundays kind of day.

Tempus Two Copper Gin Wild Botanicals

At Tempus Two we do things differently. We don’t follow tradition. We go beyond it. Unshackled from winemaking traditions, our Copper series makes any occasion a celebration, so we decided to make a gin with flavours that help create memorable moments. Beyond the traditional juniper berry and coriander, our Wild Botanicals Gin is distilled with native Australian botanicals including desert lime, orange peel, salt bush and wattle seed. Packed full with juniper, this is a gin-lovers gin, full of punchy flavours of juniper, citrus earthiness and just a hint of sweetness to round it out. Enjoy as a classic G&T or as a negroni with gin, sweet vermouth and campari, garnsihed with an orange wedge or orange peel.

Tempus Two Copper Gin Shiraz

At Tempus Two we do things differently. We don’t follow tradition. We go beyond it. Unshackled from winemaking traditions, our Copper series makes any occasion a celebration, so we decided to make a gin from Shiraz. Rather than grain, we make our gin from Shiraz wine spirit distilled with juniper berries, coriander, orange peel and Shiraz grapes. The result is a rich, jammy gin with Shiraz fruit flavours balanced with juniper, earthiness and spice. Enjoy over ice with a dash of soda water, or get creative with a cocktail mixing shiraz gin, Tempus Two Prosecco, Soda and a generous blood orange wedge.

Tempus Two Copper Gin Prosecco

At Tempus Two we do things differently. We don’t follow tradition. We go beyond it. Unshackled from winemaking traditions, our Copper series makes any occasion a celebration, so we decided to make a gin from Prosecco. Rather than grain, we make our gin from Prosecco wine spirit distilled with juniper berries, coriander, orange peel and rosebuds. Delicate and floral, varietal flavours of green fruit and citrus are enhanced with the rosebud and juniper botanicals resulting in a light and elegant gin. Perfect for the gin curious or those new to gin, enjoy this simply with soda water and ice or a martini, adding dry vermouth and a lemon peel garnish.

Imbue Distillery Suburban Gin

Imbue distillerys inaugural gin - a smooth wheat-based spirit starring locally abundant, foraged botanicals from Melbournes fringe suburbs. Suburban is boldly spicy, with the unmistakable pine aroma of juniper and the nutty warmth of coriander. Sunflower seed oils carry the grassy fennel and ginger heat through a burst of lemon to a crisp finish. Garnish with cucumber in a g&t to enhance the prickly pears unique melon notes.

IronHouse Distillery Strange Omen Small Batch Gin

A subtle and yet complex gin, created using a grape spirit base grown, harvested and distilled at our own East Coast Brewery Vineyard, located in the pristine state of Tasmania, this Artisan style Gin is made using a combination of 9 botanicals including locally sourced Tasmanian Pepperberries and Lemon Myrtle. Made for the Gin lover in us all its full flavoured yet subtle finish is enough to compliment any cocktail.

Old Kempton Distillery Tasmanian Embezzler Dry Gin

Embezzler Gin is designed to be a well-balanced gin that incorporates a strong juniper character. Blended with citrus, florals, spices, sweetness and ending with a traditional London dry finish that lasts just long enough before you are wanting to take another sip. Named after William Henry Ellis, a convicted embezzler and founder of Dysart House Embezzler Gin can be drunk straight, on ice, with tonic or OKD's personal suggestion chilled with a slice of lime. Either way the Embezzler should stand out in your glass.

Brogan's Way Hearts Afire

A warming spice-driven gin with a unique balance of savoury Australian native botanicals and aromatic winter spices. Sweet orange peel, native strawberry gum and macerated lilly pilli offers a gentle yet full bodied sweet backbone, which is warmed by the fragrant spicy notes of aniseed myrtle, cloves, nutmeg and cassia. Hot green cardamom and black peppercorn are carried through in the long nutty and coffee-like finish provided by the soft oils of native roasted wattle seed. Brookie's Byron Dry Gin

Aromatics “The spirit opens on a captivating combination of Citrus notes, led by Aniseed and Cinnamon Myrtle in harmony with a lively drift of Finger and Blood Limes that awakens and stimulates the olfactory system which rejoices in the purity of their aromas. But be patient, that is just the start of an aromatic odyssey. Juniper berries pop like champagne bubbles lifting the senses to a place they have never been. With a little time and aeration Juniper and Coriander enter the scene bringing the depth and distinction that one expects from a high quality Gin. As the spirit evolves further, the taste receptors are going crazy with anticipation, but they will have to wait as White Aspen and Riberry join the party. Add a little Lily Pilly and Dorrigo Pepper leaf and now your getting there. It’s an incredible beguiling ground breaking aromatic exploration.” Flavours "All the above are a precursor for what you are about to experience on the palate. A brilliant combination of Licorice, Aniseed and Wild Ginger captivate and totally seduce the palate, which is not complaining, it’s totally captivated. However after some 15 minutes of sipping a brilliant beguiling flavour of native Raspberries dusted with Macadamias emerged bringing a fabulous contrast to the above. What an adventure, in many ways, a journey back in time to the rainforest"
