The first spirit in the World to be made from sheep whey and recent winner of Worlds Best Vodka (World Vodka Awards 2018) judged in London amongst the worlds leading Vodkas. Each Bottle is hand sprayed black and the label hand written and signed by Ryan Hartshorn (Head distiller) The spirit is made by fermenting the lactose sugar within the whey which is the waste from our sheep cheesery which is on the same farm where we milk our animals. Very Small 80-100 bottle batches. The spirit is unfiltered which is rare for a vodka. This means you will get a lot of character remaining from the whey which is a sweet nose and creamy mouth feel. This vodka is designed to drink straight at room temperature. Serve alone in a large aromatic glass or as a vodka martini with a pair of quality green olives.

Pinot noir sourced from the Coal River and Derwent valleys in Tasmania and the Upper Yarra Valley in Victoria. Bright ruby with ripe dark and red cherry fruits, raspberry coulis and wild strawberry with hints of leaf litter, spice, softly spoken vanillin oak, char siu, mushroom broth, amaro herbs and wildflowers. Graceful and pure with excellent tension between fruit and mineral acidity, fading off slowly in a fan of spiced red fruits.

Symphony No. 1 is the first blended malt from the House of Lark, representing a composition of exceptional Tasmanian single malt whiskies. A premium Vodka from Poland which is additive free and quadruple distilled for greater purity that shines through from your first sip. Nose Faint hint of vanilla with some soft cream characteristics. Palate smooth and round with a medium-bodied weight and light, velvety texture. Some vanilla on the palate, which sways between sweet and savory, with a hint of white pepper and spice. Good length with notes of almond, vanilla cream, and some faint almond and Brazil nut characteristics. Finish warm with notes of rye bread, some vanilla and toasted Brazil nuts.

As an ongoing collaboration, Country to Coast #5 is a celebration of friendship across Australia’s far horizons. Limited to 240 bottles, this release is once again an extraordinary pairing of peated casks from two highly respected Australian mainland distilleries. A marriage of second-fill premium Bourbon and Apera, the peated single malts from these casks were carefully integrated to ensure a balance between the Fleurieu Distillery’s sweet peat and Black Gate’s iconic iodine finish. This innovative single malt whisky comprises whisky from American and French oak casks slowly gravity fed through the 500 litre Puncheons with the last two being premium Muscat casks. The result is a well rounded approachable single malt that has the oak features of vanilla, dark chocolate and spice with the overlay of Muscat sweetness. Tasting notes Nose: Begins with a mix of plum and stewed rhubarb and then develops into sweeter notes of honeycomb and caramelised sugar. Lingering tones of subtle leather and sherbet. Palate: A big, bold hit of Muscat raisins and black cherry. Followed by dark chocolate and oak which leaves a pleasant dryness. There is also a lingering Vanilla sweetness undertone throughout. Finish: Plenty of oil to coat the palate from top to bottom. A slightly drying, moreish finish brings you back for another sip

Matured in port puncheons, Limeburners Whisky is aged for up to 8 years. The resulting single malt is all spice and fruit with aromas of port and vanilla on the nose, barley, honey, raisins and caramel on the palate and finishes smooth.
