A Central Otago Pinot with earthiness and depth to wallow in. In the mouth the Squealing Pig is rich and generous with velvet like tannins and a wonderful, long finish.

A straw colour compliments the intense pear aromas with peach and melon notes. A textured palate with sweet rounded ripe stone fruit flavours and a touch of spice.

This Pinot Noir from the home of the long white cloud offers ripe red berry fruit aromas of cherries and vanilla with spicy undertones. The palate is rich in flavours of cinnamon, rhubarb, tamarilllo and red cherries shine through. The tannins are velvety with a long finish. The juicy flavours from the nose continue with a mouth filling dark cherry and luscious cassis character matched with supple mouth filling tannin that gives a silken textural structure. The savoury cocoa and resinous spices from the oak and whole bunch fermentation help draw the red and blue fruits across palate melding to a complex and concentrated finish.

Vibrant ruby red colour with notes of small red fruits, spices and vanilla. The flavour is complex yet elegant with a smooth soft finish. Slightly chilled with grilled meats and cheeses.

From the Yarra Valley comes this benchmark Pinot from one of the country's best regions for the variety. Sweet berry fruit and forest floor characters are balanced by depth and length of flavour.
