A Central Otago Pinot with earthiness and depth to wallow in. The pristine cool-climate along with long sun drenched days allowed the fruit to ripen magnificently and produce aromas of deep red cherry, blackberry and cocoa. In the mouth the Squealing Pig is rich and generous with velvet like tannins and a wonderful, long finish.

Innocent Bystander eminates from Victoria's Yarra Valley and is the brain child of owner, Phil Sexton. With winemaker Steve Flamsteed on board, the Innocent Bystander wines are fantastically varietal and extremely approachable. The Pinot Noir is packed full of black cherry and cedary notes with a perfect balance of soft, but fine grained tannin.

This Pinot Noir from the home of the long white cloud offers ripe red berry fruit aromas of cherries and vanilla with spicy undertones. The palate is rich in flavours of cinnamon, rhubarb, tamarilllo and red cherries shine through. The tannins are velvety with a long finish. Ideally suited to drink with figs, swiss cheese and dark chocolate.

Our Pinot Noir brings aromas of dark cherry, cassis and mocha notes in a deep hue. Followed by rich flavours, lovely oak charm and a hint of salt.

From the famed region of Central Otago in New Zealand comes Pepperjack Pinot Noir. The juicy flavours from the nose continue with a mouth filling dark cherry and luscious cassis character matched with supple mouth filling tannin that gives a silken textural structure. The savoury cocoa and resinous spices from the oak and whole bunch fermentation help draw the red and blue fruits across palate melding to a complex and concentrated finish.

Vibrant ruby red colour with notes of small red fruits, spices and vanilla. The flavour is complex yet elegant with a smooth soft finish. Slightly chilled with grilled meats and cheeses.
