Founded in 1815, Dolin is among the few remaining independent producers of Vermouth in the world and the last producing Vermouth de Chambery, still made according to the principles which earned Chambery, France's only A.O. The dry vermouth is light, fresh and clean made from a delicate wine base and more than thirty Alpine herbs. From its start in 1821, it has long been the benchmark for fine French Vermouth.

Cockburn's Fine Tawny Port is sourced from fruit grown in the lower Douro region that produces a lighter, more fragrant style of fortified wine. Carpano Antica Formula, first created in 1786, is an authentic Italian vermouth recipe and one of the first vermouth ever made. It is made from white wine, Piedmont's muscatel and the rich wines from southern Italy. It is produced in limited quantities with expert craftsmanship. Traditionally served straight and well chilled as an aperitif or used to transform a common Manhattan cocktail or as a key ingredient in the Negroni cocktail.
