A partnership between Manuel Maria Gonzalez Angel and Robert Black Byass dates back to 1835 and was the birth of Gonzalez Byass in Jerez, Spain. Their Amontillado shows nutty aromas and a touch of baked goods and a palate of salted nuts and spice.

After a minimum of 25 years in barrel, vintages are selected for release only when they have attained classic hallmarks of aged Pedro Ximenez: a black mahogany colour and a sweetly radiant nose. Saturated with all kinds of evocative smoke, raisin, and savoury aromas. The palate is full of dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, rum, fruitcake and Turkish coffee thats fresh acidity that hems in the wines shape and freshness.

Morris Liqueur Tokay is a distinctive wine from the Rutherglen district, and is highly regarded as one of Australia's unique styles of fortified wine. Arguably one of the greatest Australian Tawny Ports, Penfolds Great Grandfather is a refinement of the reserve material used for the Grandfather Tawny. With an average age of 15 years, fruit is picked from vines that are 166 years old. For serious port-lovers this is heaven.
