Hip Sip Tawny
Hip Sip is matured in old oak barrels, which integrated well with the ripe berry fruits and generous mouth fill on the palate. Its is blended skilfully across a number of vintages to obtain the optimum colour and complexity in taste, sweet and nutty. Ideal as after dinner nips or with cheese platters.
Grahams 'The Tawny' Port
'The Tawny' Port is Graham's signature blend matured for 7-9 years in seasoned oak casks. It has a deep golden-amber colour and a complex nose full of orange peel, cinnamon, prunes, raisins and figs followed by a full body with generous flavour and a long, clean finish.
Barbadillo Amontillado
Barbadillo Amontillado begins as a Manzanilla, however, during 3 years in the Solera system, yeast on the surface of the wine consumes all the sugars and dies away, wine begins to oxidise and turns a deep golden colour. After a further 3 years, the wine is blended with a little Pedro Ximenez and fortified to 17%.
Buller Victoria Topaque
Amber in colour, this fortified wine shows some sweet caramel overtones, and then finishes nice and dry.
Buller Victoria Malmsey
Established in 1921, the Buller name is synonymous with fortified production from Rutherglen, situated in North East Victoria. Golden in colour and showing a certain richness, it finishes clean and fresh.
Warres Vintage Port
The oldest British-owned Port house, Warre's was founded by two young entrepreneurs Clarke and Thornton in 1670 and is considered one of the pioneering houses of the Port trade. Today Warre's is owned by the famous Symington family. Warre's Port is the first and oldest Port brand in the world, having been shipped continuously since 1750. Very dark inky and concentrated colour. Lovely fresh aromas of violets. Layer and layer of ripe blackberry fruit, intensely rich and full bodied. Sweetness and tannins bind this wine together to form a perfect harmonious structure.
Dolin Red Vermouth
Founded in 1815, Dolin is among the few remaining independent producers of Vermouth in the world and the last producing Vermouth de Chambery, still made according to the principles which earned Chambery, France's only A.O. The Rouge contains more than fifty alpine herbs, its elegant, firm and balanced and not excessively sweet. Perfect on its own or as a cocktail base.
Dolin Dry Vermouth
