Penfolds Father Grand Tawny pays tribute to 169 years of winemaking excellence. A blend of many outstanding tawny components separately matured in seasoned old oak casks, with a minimum blended average age of ten years. The results yields a wine of generous concentration, vitality, exceptional balance of fruit and oak age complexity. The tawny lingers in the mouth, finishing clean and tight.

Noilly Prat is the most famous of all Vermouths, a dry, straw-hued vermouth from Marseillan, in the Hérault département of southern France. Joseph Noilly, an herbalist, developed the first formula in 1813. It was the first example of a dry vermouth and is among the golden, straw and white vermouths generally known as "French Vermouth".

Naturally fermented from Australian honey, Daringa Mead possesses an intense aroma of honeycomb and wax, like birthday candles. The palate is unctuous and flavour-rich. This is a big, sticky, spicy old-school mead.

Redolent of ripe grapes and raisins, this is a no-nonsense Tawny style that can be enjoyed chilled with a cheese platter or at room temperature with your favourite coffee.

Hip Sip is matured in old oak barrels, which integrated well with the ripe berry fruits and generous mouth fill on the palate. Its is blended skilfully across a number of vintages to obtain the optimum colour and complexity in taste, sweet and nutty. Ideal as after dinner nips or with cheese platters.

'The Tawny' Port is Graham's signature blend matured for 7-9 years in seasoned oak casks. It has a deep golden-amber colour and a complex nose full of orange peel, cinnamon, prunes, raisins and figs followed by a full body with generous flavour and a long, clean finish.

Buller have been producers of some of Rutherglen's most opulent and concentration fortified wines since 1921. Their Fine Old Tokay is a delicious example with a myriad of flavours that include caramel, toffee, Christmas cake and golden syrup. Today Warre's is owned by the famous Symington family. Warre's Port is the first and oldest Port brand in the world, having been shipped continuously since 1750. Very dark inky and concentrated colour. Lovely fresh aromas of violets. Layer and layer of ripe blackberry fruit, intensely rich and full bodied.
