Produced from one of the South Burnett classic varieties, Bollicine is a fresh and crisp, prosecco style sparkling wine. Pairs well with festivities and Wednesdays. PS: Bollicine is an Italian term that translates as "little bubbles". A typical nickname for any sparkling wine.

Harvested from plantings in our original vineyard, this wine is a highlight of what this variety has to offer. Pale straw green in colour, the aromas are complex and layered providing fresh citrus driven characters with underlying biscuity oak driven spice. The palate over delivers with a creamy textural component interlaced with savoury lines and a smattering of delicate honeysuckle notes. Fermented in a combination of new French Oak and stainless steel vessels, this wine is mesmerizing.

Harvested early this Viognier captures the ginger spice,apricot blossom and citrus characters. Matured in French oak Puncheons, this wine has developed a subtle complexity. A soft and aromatic wine can be consumed now or will reward you in years to come.

Notes of Strawberries, Raspberries, Red Licorice & Vanilla. Fresh with light to medium body, crispy, well-balanced acidity, finishing with dry tannins. Good upfront fruit, with savoury notes on the finish. Sangiovese is the most notable wine grape of Tuscany (eg Chianti) and has become a standout in the South Burnett.
