A fine aged Tawny crafted from specially selected parcels of fruit. The full bodied flavour demonstrates a rich, silken palate that is beautifully balanced by a lasting clean finish.

Established by Scotsman Robert Cockburn in 1815, who returned to Portugal after first visiting the country as a soldier fighting under Wellington in the Napoleonic Wars. Cockburn's vineyard holdings are some of the largest in the Douro region which gives the house valuable flexibility in selecting only the very best fruit for their ports. This Special Reserve Port is a mature off-dry style with a 'vintage character' of dried plums, walnuts and tobacco aromas and a palate that is soft and mellow with a nice, long length.

Intense black inky core and narrow purple rim. The nose opens onto a dense brooding mass of dark blackberry and blackcurrant fruit. Compact and concentrated, it also displays exceptional purity - one of the hallmarks of the 2011 vintage. The nose gradually opens to reveal an array of heady herbal scents, discreet notes of exotic wood, marzipan and plum as well as an attractive graphite minerality. Solid well integrated tannins give both volume and firmness to the palate with its reserves of dense black fruit infused with dark chocolate and liquorice. Carpano Antica Formula, first created in 1786, is an authentic Italian vermouth recipe and one of the first vermouth ever made. It is made from white wine, Piedmont's muscatel and the rich wines from southern Italy. It is produced in limited quantities with expert craftsmanship. Traditionally served straight and well chilled as an aperitif or used to transform a common Manhattan cocktail or as a key ingredient in the Negroni cocktail.

Quinta do Noval is the go to Port house for those who prefer VP in a more elegant guise. 1995 was a terrific year at Noval and now almost 20 years old, it is a beautifully balanced and supple wine with a lush, plump texture and smooth, round tannins. Intense flavours of plums, raisins and dark chocolate abound with a hint of secondary development now peaking through.

Made from a blend of Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz which have been matured under the Solero system using oak quarter casks. Grant Burge Aged Tawny is complex and nutty with a rich lengthy finish.

Gilles and Shaun, winemaker and bartender, were first united over their love of the negroni. They were both convinced that the sweet vermouth used in the classic should never overpower the gin. Accordingly, they created the Sweet to be perfectly balanced both as a vermouth and as a component of the cocktail.

The Italian style of Bianco Vermouth (spicy, with a little sweetness) offers an alternative to the extra dry style for a range of cocktails.
