The recipe was developed over 6 months experimenting with a number of foraged botanicals whilst the design & brand was co-created as an expression of the foraged uniqueness of the gin. Foraged springtime spruce tips, sweet ciciely (anise) and tangerine root are steeped and vapour infused with another 13 botanicals. Super small batch Navy Strength Gin, distilled with Defiance's signature foraged botanicals to deliver an uber smooth and moreish gin.
