Grenache from Blewitt Springs sub region of McLaren Vale. A blend of whole berry (75%) and whole bunch (25%)ferments. Majority free run juice with a small percentage of light pressings. Aged in neutral French oak puncheons and foudre for nine months before blending and bottling. Unfined & unfiltered.
