Selected fruit, estate crafted, 100% french oak treatment through fermentation and 15 months maturation, before final barrel selection is undergone. No stone left unturned, no drop of wine slips by without quality assured. To simply say this overdelivers doesn’t do it justice: this excels in its own category and ones above.

Longview Yakka Shiraz is a fantastic cool climate Shiraz from the hinterlands above Adelaide, great length, fruit intensity and mouth feel.

Longview vineyards are located in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hill. The wine is elegant and stylish showing complexity and intensity. This Cabernet shows true varietal characters of violets and blackcurrant.

Shiraz Cabernet is an Australian classic blend which brings together the dark berry spice notes of Shiraz and the savoury structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. This blend exudes vibrant berry fruit characteristics with mocha and dark chocolate on the palate. It is flavoursome, rich and balanced with integrated oak and a long smooth finish. This is a distinctive Longview wine which has all the attributes that define our Adelaide Hills single vineyard.

Heirloom’s mission is to preserve and champion South Australia’s unique old vineyards and varieties. Along the way, they’re turning out some simply outstanding wines. Halliday calls this juicy Pinot "classic Adelaide Hills" and gave it a stunning 94 point rating with this to say about it: "Mid-red, good depth; this spicy, red fruit-scented pinot is classic Adelaide Hills, juicy, fine and full of fine-grained tannins, the silky finish and kick of eucalypt typical... 94pts" (Halliday).
