A generously dense, nonetheless, balanced Shiraz with complex spice and floral flavours typical of the Blewitt Springs sub region. A lovely intensity of rich, dark Shiraz flavours pair with elegant structure and plush tannins to lend this wine an air of easy drinkability. Bright fruits abound here – blackberries, cassis, and plums. Meandering throughout are floral notes of violets and lavender, mixing with delicate baking spice.

The rich blackberry core has softened beautifully, now woven with layers of mellow red fruits, stewed plum, and gently integrated spice. Time has brought out even more complexity – the aniseed notes are deeper, the texture silkier, and the finish longer.
