De Bortoli 'Old Boys' 21 Year Old Tawny is a classic tawny from the producer of some of Australia's premier styles. An array of aromas are on display with dark raisined fruits, mocha, hints of vanilla and nutty aged barrel characters. On the palate the flavours of mocha continue with a richly concentrated texture. Barringwood Chardonnay

Made exclusively with free run juice, Barringwood Chardonnay was naturally fermented in French oak barrels for 8 months. These lees stirred wine was then subjected to partial malolactic fermentation for enhancing its textural complexity. The resultant wine shows a pale yellow colour. The bouquet exudes aromas of grapefruit and pineapple. The palate displays texture, complexity and length, and is filled with citrus and mineral characters. It pairs well with roast chicken, crayfish and smoked salmon.

Stefano Lubiana Riesling
