The captivating bouquet of this delicious wine exudes fragrances of plums and ripe raspberries. The medium-bodied palate is juicy, with a subtle mouthfeel of tannins. The finish is long, marked by flavours of spice and fruitcake on maturation. The wine can be enjoyed young with dishes like Beef Rendang, or beef and olive empanadas.

Selected fruit, estate crafted, 100% french oak treatment through fermentation and 15 months maturation, before final barrel selection is undergone. No stone left unturned, no drop of wine slips by without quality assured. To simply say this overdelivers doesn’t do it justice: this excels in its own category and ones above.

This is everything you’d expect from a quality Clare Valley cabernet. It’s leafy and cedary with mulberry, black olive and herbal notes. Impeccably structured, it has just the right balance of plush fruit richness and fine tannin; a magic combination of power and elegance.
