Burly Citrus Gin is produced in hand crafted sets of bespoke stills at our artisan distillery in Burleigh Heads. Infusions of green and pink Australian finger limes, the flesh and rind of four other fresh citrus fruits and a combination of premium ingredients come together to achieve the unique flavour profile of our double distilled gin. The aroma of this 'citralicous' variant is predominantly blood orange and lime supported by juniper and spice. The palate exhibits more of the same flavours along with subtle notes of vanilla and liquorice. With a tangy mouthfeel and 'citrus' aftertaste lifted by the slight alcohol heat, it lends itself to enjoying straight, 'on the rocks', or in the cocktail of your preference, ideally with slices of orange, lime, pink grapefruit and finger lime beads. XXII the connoisseurs' range from 23rd Street Distillery explores rare territory with our signature adventurous spirit. This 100% Australian Single Malt Whisky has been patiently biding its time. Australian Pale Malt, distilled in our towering twin copper pots and aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon American oak. Matured to an assertive, balanced complexity over four Riverland summers. Due to its Southern hemisphere birth, swirl anti-clockwise in the glass to waken its slumber and unlock sensory treasures including honey, tangerine, cardamom and brioche.

These Willamette variety raspberries are grown in the deep south of Tasmanian, in the foot hills of our world heritage Mount Field National Park at the Westerway Raspberry Farm, owned and operated by the Clark family for over 25 years. These raspberries, originally from the north-west of USA are a sweet and juicy variety, great for jams, juicing and of course gin ;). With a very short shelf life and harvest season (4-6 weeks) you have to be quick to get your hands on the real thing, but if you miss out, don’t worry…. we have the next best thing :).

We approached the Distillers’ Release gin series with an idea to push boundaries; experimenting with flavours and seasonal ingredients to create profiles that ignite the imagination. We use a blend of the base liquor and Mount Lofty spring water, gently infusing it with a unique range of seasonal botanicals foraged locally and from around the globe. Our barrel aged Gin has been aged in an American oak ex apera barrel (Australia's answer to sherry). It is lusciously sweet and complex. A limited edition gin never able to be repeated.

This fruity pink gin with its all natural raspberry infused pink hue has been handcrafted for pure tastebud delight. The zero-sugar pink recipe allows for a balanced gin that isnt overly sweet, making it the perfect base for a summer cocktail or the health conscious gin lover.With a classic juniper forward nose. The palate is balanced with soft raspberry notes, leading to a dry earthy finish from the Native Limes and Blood Orange.

Adelaide brothers, Jon and Con Lioulios own and run Thirty Six Short Distillery from Virginia in South Australia, where they recently launched Australia's first Rakia - partly as a tribute to their late Macedonian father, Pando whose dream was to distil traditional Rakia. The venture is actually named after Pando’s suit size, '36 Short'. A 1200 litre copper pot still also bears his name. The brother's first single malt was released in late 2021, cut back with water sourced from an aquifer that runs directly underneath the distillery. The barrels are locally sourced, x-Shiraz, shaven and charred American oak barrels. This initial maturation is followed by further resting in x Bourbon barrels to add fruity notes, before the liquid is finally returned to the Shiraz casks for a finishing. Advanced in colour, it feels more like a sherry matured Scottish malt than a warm climate Australian whisky. Aromas of oak shavings, pepper, cocoa and a dry nuttiness confirm the wine character, as does the full-bodied delivery: Dried fruits come through at the middle; Cherry ripe chocolate leads the finish where sweeter Bourbon-like notes converge over the wood spices. Even if the oak is a bit overdone, especially after air contact, it's an undeniable success for a first edition. 45% Alc./Vol. Notes from the producers... NOSE: Sweet and fruity on the nose, with tart lime marmalade notes. A faint aroma of fresh cut pine and tropical fruit adds a delicate malt finish. TASTE: A warm roundness encompassing the whisky with character of a tangy dried fruit medley. A hint of vanilla bean, taking you on a long, sweet fruity journey. FINISH: A beautiful long finish with a taste of dried mixed fruit. Lingering with notes of apricot and peaches with a warming finish.

Introducing Cedar Fox Distilling Co, a newcomer to the Australian independent spirits space with the release of its gin. A savoury dry gin with peppery fragrant earthy aromas, it incorporates urban botanicals such as Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Lemon Verbena and Rosemary. The result is a simple yet expressive character.
