Maker's Mark 46 Kentucky Bourbon Whisky is one unique Bourbon. Starting with the original Maker's Mark whisky, the barrels are emptied of the golden spirit to make way for extra French Oak staves. The whisky is then returned to the barrel and then aged to taste. Jim Beam Devil's Cut is an extraordinary new bourbon experience. The expert distillers at Jim Beam have developed a process that pulls the rich whiskey trapped inside the barrels' wood after they have been emptied. They then hold this barrel-treated extract until it develops the proper balance, then blend it with 6 year old Bourbon and bottle at 90 proof (45% alc/vol). The resulting Bourbon is a robust, premium whiskey with rich deep colour, aroma and character.

Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey was first launched in 1984 and every year since a new vintage of Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey has been released, gaining a cult following. Midleton is the annual selection of the best distillates, hand selected by the Master Distiller Barry Crockett. Each bottle carries an individual number and the signature of the Master Distiller signifying its exclusivity and collectability. This release shows a spicy nose with herbal touches that complement the unique taste sensation of fruits, honey and floral nuances.

To add a unique depth of character and flavour, Teeling Single Malt consists of aged malt whiskey up to 23 years old that has been matured in five different wine casks including Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. This combination of cask maturation techniques has never been done before in Irish whiskey and creates a truly innovative Irish whiskey bursting with personality. To add a depth of character Teeling Single Grain is exclusively fully matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels which creates very distinctive rich amber colour while imparting strong spicy notes and lush red berries and grape flavours. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.
