The nose is vibrant with lifted aromas of spring and summer red fruits; raspberries, strawberries, cherries with hints of rose petal and Turkish delight. The palate is rich with flavours of maraschino cherries, balanced with delicate hints of rose water. The natural fruit sweetness of this wine is balanced by a lively mineral acidity and a dash of savoury spice. Early ripening Shiraz on sandy loam from our most Northern site. Harvested at a lower Baume to create a light pretty style with natural acidity. Harvested in the cool of the night. The grapes were crushed and held on skins until the ideal colour extraction had been achieved before being lightly pressed under inert conditions. Fermented in stainless steel vessels. Yeast strains that promote the natural berry characters were selected. Cool fermentation temperatures. The final blend was given a light fining before being filtered and prepared for bottling.

Bright ruby grapefruit colour. All about texture and flavour intensity. Wet stone, gentle tannin, textural richness, dry finish. Some attractive red berry fruit and crushed herb savoury flavours.

This exquisite creation of the Robert Stein winemaking team shows a bright golden yellow hue. The luscious bouquet boasts of concentrated fruit fragrances of peach, apricot and marmalade. The rich and intense palate is brimming with juicy layers of cumquat and citrus flavours, which combined with the lingering acidity, leads to a long and pleasing finale. Cheese platters and desserts are wonderful food companions to this wine.

Winemaker Aaron Mercer has crafted a delicious modern Rosé using fruit from Orange, which has vineyards at some of the highest elevations in Australia.Pale pink in appearance. Rose water, nectarine and musk on the nose. Light-weight with a bright core of cranberry, watermelon and Turkish Delight, crisp and bright acidity and a long, savoury finish. Fresh and zippy.

This Rose’ was made with a pretty pale blush and combines refinement with refreshment.
