Hawkers Beer Hazy IPA

Tropical, juicy, and delightfully hazy! Punchy hop vibes take the front seat, defining the dominant character of the beer while a rounded body and low bitterness provide the perfect backdrop for the hops to shine their brightest. The future is hazy!

Coopers Vintage Ale

Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale is one of Australia's truly remarkable beers. Produced from the very best ingredients available to the expert team at Coopers - all harvested during the 2016 vintage. As with previous Vintages, the 2016 Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale is driven by the choice of hops to be used in combination with premium South Australian maritime barley malt, crystal malt and malted wheat. The 2016 Vintage Ale utilises four hop varieties, two Australian and two American, which have been chosen for their particular benefits in imparting bitterness and aroma. It can be enjoyed now while the estery, fruity flavours and hop aromas leap out of the glass, or when mellower and sweeter malt flavours develop over the next two years.

Spotlight Durif

Purple Duck Cabernet Sauvignon

We have known and worked with Sam Trimboli for decades, during which time he's made many of our biggest selling wines, and he's notched up a huge stack of medals for them too. Sam has loved ducks since he was a boy. His first pet was a little duck he led around on a leash like a puppy. He loves the symbolism of the duck: ducks are flexible (they swim, fly and walk), they’re loyal and love family (think mother ducks and their ducklings) and they’re very adaptable. He named his 'signature' Durif The Black Duck, and has so far added a White Duck and a Pink Duck to the rabge, making this Purple Duck the fourth member of a very popular family. We thinks it's going to prove itself a mighty duck indeed!

Philter Caribbean Stout

This one is a tropical stout but if youre expecting something exotically fruity, youll be surprised. The style is all about using lager yeast and the result is a full-bodied, silky stout. Chocolate and coffee flavours are topped off by rum and raisin notes for a smooth finish with a sweet back note.

Akasha Brewing Company Hopsmith IPA

Hopsmith is a West Coast style IPA and all about the hops. Triple dry-hopped, the all American grown hop varieties are allowed to shine with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish.

Houghton Red Classic

Restrained red fruit with a background of menthol, leather and tobacco on the nose leads to a big mouthful of cherries, vanilla and plums with good intensity. A nicely balanced wine, drinking very well.

Black Duck Durif

Sam Trimboli LOVES Durif. He calls it a “stunning little powerhouse grape that develops astounding complexity”. The numberplate on his car even sports the word ‘Durif’, that’s how highly he rates it. The grapes for this wine come from a small vineyard that Sam helped establish in the 1980s and is now at peak maturity.
