Sourced from two BioGro certified vineyards in Marlborough, this fresh and vibrant aromatic white shows the trademark burst of tropical fruit flavours the region is famous for along with plenty of lemon and lime zest to give the wine real drive. There is an understated feel to the wine, while still retaining all that we love about Marlborough; bold, fruit-driven flavour.

Light with refreshing acidity, Paul Mas Sauvignon Blanc is different to the fruit ripe New Zealand style Sauvignon, which is packed with passionfruit. In place are gooseberry and lifted white floral notes aroma on the nose. Great steeling mineral on the palate. A fantastic example from the region.

Showing a broad fruit spectrum of lime, green apples and melon, the palate has low acid and a generous mouthfeel with a slightly creamy texture. 10% of this wine has been barrel fermented. Its crisp finish and fine balance make it the ideal accompaniment to fish such as flounder and bass.
