This is our take on the American Red Ale style. This little brew has been hopped with Tasmanian Ella Hops giving her a subtle yet moreish apricot & pine nose. A complex grain bill of 7 different malts have created a biscuity, earthy ale with an apricot/passionfruit hopped taste, with a nice undertone of bitterness. It's easy to fall for and impossible to have only one. Note; We originally used fresh hops from 2017's harvest in this brew. Picked less than 24hrs before we brewed with them, these little green buds of bitterness brought a fresh bite to the ale that had to be tasted to believed. It's fair to say we loved it so much we just had to keep making it, and it turns out, she is now one of our most popular brews.

Tropical, juicy, and delightfully hazy! Punchy hop vibes take the front seat, defining the dominant character of the beer while a rounded body and low bitterness provide the perfect backdrop for the hops to shine their brightest. The future is hazy!

A mixed berry kettle sour bursting with aromas of fresh raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. A hint of tartness is perfectly rounded out with the addition of oats, providing a lovely creamy mouthfeel. Perfect for sipping in anytime!

This bold IPA has a refreshing bitterness and great malt body. The hops shine through with big tropical and dank notes.

A combination of malts present caramel, toffee notes and sweetness, while the addition of rye creates a hint of spice. The hops provide floral and citrus flavour and aroma.

Light bodied malt beer. A refreshing and easy drinking American Lager. Floral and Orange Citrus hop aroma and flavour.

The Japanese Black Lager utilises dark malts to provide flavours of chocolate and roasted barley, the addition of rice makes the beer crisp and light on the palate and ultra sessionable. The perfect balance of delicate and dark.

It has a mild hoppy taste with a subtle sweet flavour. Unlike a lot of reduced alcohol beers it maintains a solid body and texture. It is an excellent beer if you're after the full bodied beer flavours without the matching alchohol content.
