Power’s Ultra Smooth is a new smooth and crisp beer specifically brewed for warm weather, modern tastes and with a packaging that pays tribute to the pivotal time in Queensland’s history when Bernie Power built the Yatala Brewery in 1988. The Sunshine State embraced one of their own and – when Power’s sponsored the Broncos in their inaugural season and beyond – together they wrote themselves into Queensland folklore.

Overview Classic American Red Ale. It’s our Brewer’s favourite, with perfectly balanced hoppy flavours and aromas. This brew is complex with a strong malty backbone. Ingredients Munich malt, pale malt, crystal malt, dark malt, American hops and ale yeast. Flavour Bready, malty, chocolatey.

A classic Aussie/German lager. Very refreshing and drinkable. Crisp and clean lager characteristics with firm bitterness and medium hop character. Straw to gold in colour. True German style of beer uses ‘noble’ hops. Extremely popular lager beer. Most sold style of beer in Europe.

Pallidus Tasmanian Pale Ale uses locally sourced hops from Bushy Park, in our native Derwent Valley. The beer is a medium-bodied, malty and balanced pale ale with a dry, crisp finish. It has notes of white grape, passionfruit, stone fruit and pine.

The beer we serve at our taproom when someone asks for something ‘easy’. The DayDream lacks nothing on the body for a session ale, whilst maintaining a completely approachable profile for any drinker-alike.

Not many beers get given the rank of two stripes. This one has earned both rings. One of our most-saluted special releases, Balter IIPA is now back for a limited time. Clean, hefty hop notes provide substantial palate weight with hints of pineapple, pine and citrus, trailed by a delightfully dry, spicy finish. Mountain Goat Organic Steam Ale is a crisp, certified organic ale. Incorporating wheat malt in the grist make up and fermented cool, with the use of Hallertau and Citra hops along with a light dose of Galaxy flowers at the end.

A great craft beer from Lord Nelson, the oldest licensed hotel in Sydney. One of the first hotels to brew their own. This Three Sheets Pale Ale has delightfully balanced malt, overtones of herbaceous hop characters, citrus flora's and aromas. Medium Gold in Colour.
